Easy there! I can completely understand your rage over this, but making death threats (even in jest) won't help you get things resolved.

Just do your best to stay calm, talk to the person, let them know what they did was wrong and make a clear and concise report to the HelpDesk. Try to be patient through this and it will get resolved.
